Life Coaching

When we sit down together for your free Initial Consultation, we’ll take a snapshot of your whole life, and examine all the pieces. Some of us enter coaching because we’re experiencing disconnect in personal relationships or a plateau at work. Others of us are feeling spiritually empty or want better relationships with family. Folks who have children face a number of challenges, whether their children are teens, have special needs, or are just kids! Many of us face discrimination or bullying in one area or another of our lives, and want to learn to soar above it, so that our lives are not defined by injustice.

But in the end, what we all want is to enjoy a vibrant life that is worth living to us! That’s the important part. You are the CEO of your life. As your coach, I don’t tell you what that looks like. I ask the questions that help you clarify what you want and how you’re going to get it!

Every client desires something different, and gets something different out of coaching.
